yesterdays training was good. i dislike running but the 2v1, 3v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, was fun . but before that, we had medicine ball exercise. i tell u this was real medicine for my muscles man. 2(jump and touch the floor then board), holding the ball horizontally straight for 1 min then vertically straight for 2 min then horizontally straight, leaning on the wall with knees bent for 2 mins. its was superb. next, we practiced the 'black" formation. finally the match, not bad, fun. next match, tuesday 2.00pm, vs pioneer sec at clementi. |
